PowerOne Enterprise is a comprehensive set of tools utilized for the configuration
and identity management of over 300 Linux, UNIX, and Macintosh distributions commonly
found in the enterprise. PowerOne is developed to run on Windows, tightly integrating
with Microsoft’s security and operational framework-providing new, never before
seen, levels of cross-platform interoperability and integration between Windows

PowerOne for Active Directory
PowerOne for Active Directory (AD) provides a single integrated authorization and
authentication platform, enabling one data-store, one password policy, and one set
of groups, for all connected users, groups, and devices. PowerOne for AD agentlessly
extends password policy across all platforms, including Macintosh, Linux and UNIX.
This effectively grants consistent authentication and access control to users regardless
of platform type, and benefits the user by providing them single sign-on across
the managed platforms.

security and familiarity of Microsoft Management Console (MMC)-PowerOne for Hosts
task automates all commands simplifying and optimizing processes across all the
different platforms. The component can be used alone in environments that do not
favor directory services integration, or in conjunction with PowerOne for Active
Directory.

PowerOne for Configuration Management

and non-Windows systems. PowerOne for Configuration Management simplifies the configuration process
across all platforms, using a common and audited solution - the Windows desktop.

PowerOne Client
PowerOne Client is a Windows based terminal emulator with built-in audit. The solution
captures all session activity performed across critical business applications, management
of network devices as well as computers to the Windows Event-Log. This unique capability
provides much needed transparency to work performed via the encrypted SSH protocol.

All actions performed by PowerOne Tools are audited using the Windows Event Log,
elevating security, while speeding up problem resolution.
